Welcome to CloudSprints ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the CloudSprints website, mobile applications, and any related services (collectively, the "Service").

By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. If you are under 18, you may use the Service only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up-to-date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

  1. Plans. We offer monthly and annual subscription plans that provide access to premium learning content.
  2. Payment. Fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law.
  3. Auto-Renewal. Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel before the end of the current billing period.
  4. Cancellation. You may cancel at any time in your account settings; access remains until the end of the paid period.

4. License to Use the Service

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes, subject to these Terms.

5. Intellectual Property

All content—including courses, videos, text, graphics, logos, and software—is owned by or licensed to CloudSprints and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

6. User-Generated Content

You may submit comments, code, or other materials ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, and display it in connection with the Service. You represent that you have the necessary rights to grant this license and that your User Content does not violate any law or infringe any third-party rights.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  1. Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  2. Share account credentials or allow others to access your account.
  3. Reverse-engineer or attempt to obtain the source code of the Service.
  4. Upload malware or interfere with the Service’s operation.
  5. Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service may link to or integrate with third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party content or practices.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CLOUDSPRINTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CloudSprints, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim or demand arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users or us.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wilmington, Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on the Service. Continued use after the changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
